In a challenging environment, the Project Manager will ensure the successful completion of the Group's international real estate projects, and will support the Group in the following tasks:

Main Missions
Active management of real estate projects involving all building trades;
Feasibility studies;
Carrying out financial studies;
Taking charge of the various stages of permit applications;
Site visits and critical analysis;
Drafting of specifications;
Drawing up technical plans de plans techniques;
Preparation of execution plans;
Support in managing, monitoring and coordinating real estate development operations to the Real Estate division;
Collaboration with design offices and architects;
Tender for public and private works contracts;
Site supervision and company coordination;
Invoicing follow-up;
Compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
Management of reservations and after-sales service;
Management of administrative aspects of real estate projects;
Regular customer follow-up;
