2016
Opening of Mercureim EF1
The end of 2016 marked the birth of Mercureim EF1, an innovative investment fund focused on income-generating real estate, primarily located in Germany.
Led by the joint talents of Christophe Nadal and Bernd von Manteuffel, this fund lays the foundations of the Group's philosophy, outlining an investment strategy focused on the enhancement and revitalization of assets.
2019
The emergence of MIMCO Capital
After many years of collaboration, and in response to the success of the Mercureim EF1 investment fund, Bernd von Manteuffel and Christophe Nadal join forces to found MIMCO Capital, their advisory and investment fund structuring company.
Launch of the Buildim fund
The Buildim fund is the first fund within the group to focus on real estate development in Luxembourg. Following in the footsteps of previous funds, Buildim also adopts a "Value Added" strategy with the potential for value creation.
Launch of the Everest One fund
The first fund launched since the establishment of MIMCO Capital, Everest One, extends the legacy of Mercureim EF1, with a focus on the revitalization of assets in Germany.
MIMCO Capital's mission is to merge the entire real estate value chain into a single entity, in order to offer a premium investment experience, driven by a robust and dynamic value creation policy.
MIMCO Capital now has its headquarters in Luxembourg, as well as an office in Berlin, Germany.
2020
MIMCO Capital, official signatory of the "Principles for Responsible Investment" supported by the United Nations.
By signing "PRI", MIMCO Capital demonstrates its commitment to evolving its sustainable investment practices, whether through responsible investing or supporting sustainability on a global scale. As a socially responsible company, MIMCO Capital recognizes the importance of integrating ESG factors that could impact the performance of its investments.
Launch of the Ocity fund
In line with the Group's strategy, Ocity aims to invest in high value-added real estate development or redevelopment projects, with a focus on Luxembourg.
Sandweiler
Among the initial acquisitions of the Ocity fund, Sandweiler represents one of the group's most ambitious projects. This acquisition involves the development of over 17,000 square meters of residential, office, and retail spaces.
2021
MIMCO Capital signs the 2021 Global Investor Statement to Governments on the Climate Crisis
With a responsible approach to its investments, the MIMCO Group actively continues its sustainability commitment by signing the Global Investor Statement for 2021 to Governments on the Climate Crisis, which calls on all governments to commit to ambitious climate policy actions ahead of COP26, United Nations' climate conference.
Launch of MIMCO Asset Management
In May 2021, the MIMCO Group opens a new entity.
This subsidiary of the group, based in France, will provide controlled access to alternative real estate Private Equity investment funds that align with the requirements and wealth management needs of its clientele, which includes professional investors and similar professional investors in France such as wealth managers, family offices, and institutions, among others.
MIMCO Asset Management opens offices in Paris
MIMCO Asset Management opens its Paris offices in the 8th arrondissement, at 87 Boulevard Haussmann.
Launch of MIMCO Revitalize
After MIMCO Grand-Ducal, MIMCO Asset Management launches its 2nd fund "MIMCO Revitalize".
Drawing on the Group's expertise in the German real estate market, this fund offers French investors a high-performance option perfectly in line with the Group's philosophy.
MIMCO Revitalize is the first Value Added fund focusing on German real estate to be offered in France, and like MIMCO Grand-Ducal, MIMCO Revitalize has been awarded the SRI label.
Launch of MIMCO Grand-Ducal
MIMCO Grand-Ducal will be the first of the Group's funds to be awarded the "SRI" label.
Very soon after its creation, MIMCO Asset Management provides its network of French investors with the opportunity to invest in the "MIMCO Grand-Ducal" fund. As its name suggests, MIMCO Grand-Ducal is a fund dedicated to the Luxembourg market, with a focus on value-added strategies and value creation.

Launch of the Ocity II fund
Launched with the same investment strategy as its precursor Ocity, the Ocity II fund benefits from fully independent management by the MIMCO Group.
Launch of MIMCO Green Value
MIMCO Green Value is dedicated to logistics development and real estate revitalization in France. MIMCO Asset Management aims to diversify its portfolio of investment solutions by offering real estate Private Equity opportunities in France.
MIMCO Group exceeds one billion euros in assets under management
2022 was a pivotal year for the group, as it successfully crossed the symbolic threshold of one billion euros in assets under management, showcasing the effectiveness of its expertise and commitment to its employees.
150 Champs Elysées Paris
The Cheval Paris investment fund, managed by MIMCO Asset Management, has completed the acquisition of the iconic building located at 150 Avenue des Champs Elysées. MIMCO Asset Management serves as the fund manager and also as the Asset Manager for this historic asset, which spans 18,000 square meters.
New headquarters for MIMCO Group
In Luxembourg, the group's headquarters is relocating to 26 Boulevard Royal.
The Group has been able to leverage its expertise to develop modern and spacious office spaces that provide its employees with an ideal working environment.
