MIMCO Group completes the acquisition of 2 office buildings in Germany

The MIMCO Group continues to invest on behalf of its MIMCO EVEREST One SICAV-FIAR fund with the signing of two office assets located in Bad Homburg, Germany.


The city of Bad Homburg has a privileged geographical location, situated at the gateway to Frankfurt am Main, Germany's richest city and third largest financial center in Europe after London and Paris.


"The location of this real estate complex at the gateway to Frankfurt am Main, Germany's financial hub, is ideal. We see a growing demand for office space and we intend to meet this new need with the acquisition of this portfolio. Our teams on the ground are close to the real needs, which allows us to provide a quick and accurate response," said Bernd von Manteuffel, co-founder and CEO of MIMCO Capital.



These two assets join the EVEREST One SICAV-FIAR fund and the MIMCO Revitalize fund in co-investment. The two buildings have a surface area of over 21,600 m2 and a parking lot with 322 spaces. 



"The potential for value enhancement lies in the vacant areas that need to be restructured. The acquisition of these assets is perfectly in line with the investment strategy of the EVEREST One fund and reflects MIMCO Capital's desire to offer the best balance between stable rental flows and the potential for rental reversion at the end of the leases", commented Christophe Nadal, co-founder and CEO of MIMCO Capital.
