Benjamin Launay has been appointed Head of Fund Management at MIMCO Capital.

MIMCO Capital announces the appointment of Benjamin Launay as Head of Fund Management, bringing 15 years of experience in real estate fund management.


Benjamin has developed strategic skills throughout his career. His expertise in fund structuring and management processes, combined with in-depth knowledge in asset management and investor relations, makes him a valuable asset to MIMCO Capital’s ambitions.


Previously a financial auditor at PwC in Paris, Benjamin gained a solid foundation in auditing real estate companies. He holds degrees from Grenoble Ecole de Management, the Institut de la Construction et de l’Habitation, and a certificate from INREV/Henley in unlisted European real estate investment. He continues to expand his knowledge by keeping pace with the sector’s evolution.


In this role, Benjamin Launay will leverage his expertise to strengthen MIMCO Capital’s investment strategy, optimize the performance of its funds, and ensure their sustainable growth.
