Au sein d’une équipe dynamique et dans le cadre de son développement, le groupe MIMCO souhaite renforcer ses équipes avec l’arrivée d’un(e) Junior Administrative and Compliance Officer

Description de l'offre
Gestion et suivi des dossiers investisseurs et distributeurs
Assurer l’accompagnement et le suivi des dossiers investisseurs et distributeurs en matière d’AML/KYC lors de l’onboarding et de la conclusion des contrats de partenariat et de distribution, avec un focus sur les marchés allemand et espagnol.
Participer aux émissions d’obligations, d’actions et augmentations de capital pour les différents projets.
Coordonner les échanges avec les interlocuteurs externes (banques dépositaires, avocats, AIFM, TA, etc.) afin d’assurer la conformité et le bon déroulement des opérations.
Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe commerciale pour garantir un suivi rigoureux des dossiers investisseurs et distributeurs.
Tenir à jour les registres et assurer la documentation complète des dossiers.
Gestion et animation du portefeuille de partenaires
Animer les relations avec les partenaires germanophones et hispanophones, en étant le point de contact principal pour répondre à leurs besoins et maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction sur les marchés respectifs.
Répondre de manière proactive aux demandes quotidiennes (suivi des souscriptions, relances) et assurer un suivi rigoureux des souscriptions passées, en cours et à venir.
Reporting, analyse et optimisation des processus
Réaliser des reportings réguliers sur le portefeuille de partenaires et investisseurs, analyser la performance et identifier des leviers d’amélioration, avec un focus sur les marchés allemand et espagnol.
Optimiser les processus de gestion quotidienne (emails, relances, appels), prioriser les tâches et veiller au respect des délais tout en maintenant une qualité de service élevée.
Formation
Formation supérieure (Bac+3 ou équivalent minimum) - spécialisée en Droit ou Finance
Expérience
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire au sein d'une institution financière
Compétences souhaitées
Compétences avancées en Ms Office ;
Familiarité avec les outils d’automatisation et de gestion de workflow ;
Bonne compréhension des régulations juridiques et des procédures AML/KYC ;
Excellentes capacités de communication et de résolution de problèmes ;
Capacité à travailler de manière rigoureuse sous pression et à respecter des délais stricts ;
Multilingue : maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’allemand, idéalement de l’espagnol.
