2022 was a year of challenges for the group and its subsidiaries. Faced with these challenges, the teams have been able to fully express their expertise and know-how to enable the MIMCO Group to reach a new milestone, with the symbolic passage of one billion euros in assets under management in 2022.

At the end of 2022, the MIMCO group will manage a portfolio of assets valued at 1.3 billion euros.
3 new funds have been launched:
o MIMCO Green Value, a French-based SRI-labeled fund, launched under the leadership of MIMCO Asset Management in March 2
22. MIMCO Green Value focuses on logistics and real estate revitalization in France.
o Cheval Paris, a French FPS (Fonds Professionnel Spécialisé) managed by MIMCO Asset Management, which operates as fund manager and asset manager. Cheval Paris owns the iconic building at 150 Avenue des Champs Élysées. Located just a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe, this asset, which currently has a surface area of approximately 18,000 sq.m., will be restructured while preserving its identity and history.
o The OCITY II fund, under Luxembourg law, launched by MIMCO Capital in November 2022. OCITY II focuses on large-scale investment opportunities in Luxembourg, primarily in residential and office property.
Throughout 2022, 19 acquisitions were completed in strategic locations, including 8 in Luxembourg, 6 in Germany, 4 in France and 1 first acquisition in Spain.
To meet these numerous challenges and ensure its expansion while maintaining perfect control of its assets under management, the group had to structure and strengthen itself. Thus, the group has been able to count on the reinforcement of new talents, bringing the number of employees to 44 by the end of 2022!
3 assets were sold at prices exceeding the initial disposal objectives.
These capital gains were made possible thanks to the expertise and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market of the teams, which enabled them to identify the best investment opportunities.
