Manuela Zheleva and Jean-Philippe Guénier have been appointed by the MIMCO Capital group as "Investor Relations" in order to pursue its development on the European and French markets. They will play an essential role within the group in maintaining a high level of transparency and communications with its community of partners and in particular its investors, whether institutional or professional.

Undeniable expertise in wealth management and investment property

"We are absolutely delighted to be able to count on the professionalism and determination of Manuela and Jean-Philippe, who are just in time to join our teams. They will both act as key spokespersons to ensure the most effective two-way communication between all stakeholders. By providing partners and investors with an accurate and regular account of our financial activities, they will be able to make informed decisions about whether to invest in our funds", explains Christophe Nadal, CEO and co-founder of MIMCO Capital.

Manuela is a seasoned and multilingual wealth manager with 10 years' experience in the banking and financial sector, notably with Monegasque banks.

She holds a master's degree in international finance from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis and is also a certified member of the Monegasque Association of Financial Activities (AMAF) for finance professions.

Jean-Philippe has 23 years of solid experience in wealth management and wealth engineering consulting, then in investment and tax-exempt real estate and real estate development, mainly with key account clients and CGPI partners, in renowned companies such as AGF Assurfinance, BNP Paribas and the Primonial Group.

He has a diploma in spatial planning and development and is also certified CGPC (Certified Wealth Management Consultant).

"By joining the MIMCO Capital group, Manuela and Jean-Philippe will be responsible for contributing to the development of its distribution network for institutional and professional investors, each on their respective markets. They will be a relationship of trust with the market, by being a reliable and relevant source of information to facilitate decision-making by investors and management, within a very strict regulatory framework", adds Bernd von Manteuffel, CEO and co-founder of MIMCO Capital. "Their strategic vision, rigor and discretion will enable them to best meet the needs of investors and become, in the long term, contributors to MIMCO Capital's success", said Christophe Nadal.
