The "OCITY" investment fund, managed by the MIMCO Capital group and co-created in partnership with the CREAHAUS and ESPACE INVEST groups, has just acquired a 6,000 sqm plot of land in the north-west of the capital of Luxembourg, more precisely in the residential area of Bridel.
The "Woodpark" real estate project, exclusively residential and high-end, will develop 38 apartments on a total net surface of 3,051 sqm, divided into 3 buildings and including 63 parking spaces. The cost price of the operation represents an investment volume of +27 Million euros and benefits from a significant potential of valuation.
The authorizations having been obtained, "Woodpark" is now being marketed. The construction of this residential complex will benefit from the latest standards in terms of energy performance. The complex is located in a privileged environment, about 15 minutes by car from Luxembourg City and 20 minutes from the airport.
