New residential development project for "OCITY" in Luxembourg City

MIMCO Capital has just acquired on behalf of the "OCITY" fund a land for the development of a residential building located in Luxembourg city near the Place d'Argent.

Located in Rue de Mühlenbach, in a fast-growing sector, the operation has a development potential in line with our strategy. This project will be upgraded into several high-quality residential units in a rapidly developing sector of Luxembourg.

The volume of the operation will develop 15 apartments with high-end services on a net surface of 816 sqm and the cost price of the operation represents an investment of +9 Million euros.

"This acquisition in a privileged sector consolidates the strategy of our OCITY fund towards its positioning in luxury residential operations, where the demand is increasingly strong in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg", comments Christophe Nadal, co-founder and CEO of MIMCO Capital.

The Mülhenbach district is particularly well known for its pleasant and relaxing environment, especially with the proximity of the Bambësch forest, which offers numerous footpaths suitable for family walks.
