MIMCO Group, a pan-European real estate operator and asset management company, announces the launch of « Mageva 360 », an ambitious project to convert a former holiday resort into a premium serviced residence in the heart of Megève.
The chalet, originally built in the 1960s by Henry-Jacques Le Même a major figure in alpine architecture is about to embark on a new chapter. Nestled just minutes from the slopes and the village center, on a secluded 1.6 hectare plot, the chalet will embody a contemporary alpine lifestyle centered around wellness, sport, and gastronomy.

A heritage, designed by a legend of alpine architecture, reinterpreted
Built by Henry-Jacques Le Même, a pioneer of the “skier’s chalet,” the building is rooted in an architectural tradition that helped define the identity of Megève starting in the 1960s. Known for his refusal to design two identical chalets « true luxury is not having the same as your neighbor », Le Même considered each creation a unique work of art. This historic chalet continues that legacy, and the « Mageva 360 » project breathes new life into it by enhancing what already exists: thermal renovation, new panoramic windows, a basement-level spa with a swimming pool, extended balconies, and more.
With 1,778 m² of floor space on a 16,585 m² plot, the historic building is being redesigned to host 29 high-end apartments (ranging from studios to T4 penthouses), all offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Alps. The project stays true to the original architecture while incorporating sustainable materials and premium finishes.

Designed as an alternative to traditional hotels, the residence offers independent, elegantly appointed apartments (with kitchen, living room, and bedroom), along with à la carte premium services.
