Acquisition of a residential project in Kohlenberg, Luxembourg, for the BUILDIM fund

MIMCO Capital announces the acquisition of a 100% residential real estate project on behalf of its BUILDIM SICAV-RAIF fund. Located in the municipality of Kohlenberg, in the heart of the fast-growing Cessange district, the land surface is 8.34 ares and the project foresees the development of a high-end residential complex.


“The potential of the Cessange district is no longer in question. Located less than 10 minutes by car to the southwest of downtown Luxembourg, this family business district is ideally situated between the city and nature. It attracts many buyers because of its convenience, accessibility, and quality of life, while still enjoying a relative quietness. Its direct proximity to the bustling Gasperich, from which it benefits in terms of attractiveness, as well as the numerous means of transport to Luxembourg City make this district a highly sought-after and very interesting location from a real estate point of view.", explains Christophe Nadal, co-founder and CEO of MIMCO Capital


The operation plans the creation of a high-end residential complex, with a total gross floor area of 1,021.87 sq. m. The total investment amount is +4.9 million euros.

As part of the 24 counties of Luxembourg City and strategically located close to the Croix de Cessange motorway junction (roads to Belgium, France and Germany), the district of Cessange is today in full real estate development, without losing its essentially residential and quiet character.
