François Guiot appointed Director Real Estate Luxembourg of MIMCO Capital

With more than 10 years of experience in international groups, François Guiot has a proven expertise in the real estate sector. He recently joined MIMCO Capital as Director Real Estate, with the objective of structuring the evolution of the real estate division in Luxembourg.

A specialist in real estate transactions and valuations

Since his early days in the professional sphere, François has managed a wide variety of key real estate transactions in Luxembourg, both on buildings and on emblematic project developments. He also has extensive experience in real estate valuation for individual assets and larger portfolios.

"François' arrival will allow us to structure our investment capacity to ensure our roadmap in Luxembourg. He will focus on new investments as well as on the implementation of the value creation strategy for the assets managed on behalf of the funds and partners in Luxembourg. With his excellent adaptability and this new structuring, we will gain in efficiency", says Christophe Nadal, co-founder and CEO of MIMCO Capital.

Prior to joining MIMCO Capital, François consolidated his skills within the Deloitte group where he was, for the last 3 years, Real Estate & Corporate Finance Advisory Senior Manager. Prior to that, he was Real Estate Senior Advisor at Cushman & Wakefield, M&A Senior Consultant at KPMG and consultant in Real Estate and Private Equity at Deloitte.

He holds a master's degree in financial engineering from HEC-ULg (Liège, Belgium).

"With his heightened sense of precision as well as his transversal mastery of not only budgetary, legal and technical aspects but also regulatory aspects related to real estate, François will be able to ensure the optimization of the value of our assets. The strong relational dimension of his profile will also make him a good ambassador for the Group", adds Bernd von Manteuffel, also co-founder and CEO of MIMCO Capital.

For MIMCO Capital, François is in charge of structuring and managing the Real Estate division in Luxembourg, including restructuring, renovation and development projects. In addition to development, he will manage the Real Estate division by accompanying and finalizing the group's asset acquisitions and sales.
