[Interview] MIMCO Capital continues its expansion in Germany and Luxembourg

Christophe Nadal, co-founder and CEO of MIMCO Capital, looks back for Club Patrimoine on year 2019 that has been successful for the Group:



  • +30 Millions EUR collected in the 2nd semester 2019

  • 80 Millions EUR of investments in Luxembourg and Germany

  • +200 Millions EUR pf real estate assets under management

  • A structured team of 20 experienced people


He highlights some of MIMCO Capital's great successes in 2019 and takes stock of the attractiveness of the German and Luxembourg markets which, thanks to the in-depth knowledge of its teams, gives the Group a privileged positioning.
