MIMCO AM strengthens its growth with the arrival of Charlotte Habib as Director of Partnerships for the Île-de-France and East regions.

MIMCO Asset Management, a rising player in asset management in Europe, is delighted to announce the appointment of Charlotte Habib as Director of Partnerships for the Île-de-France and East regions. With nearly 8 years of experience, Charlotte brings top-tier expertise in partnership management and an in-depth knowledge of the private finance sector in France.

“As Director of Partnerships at MIMCO AM, Charlotte’s mission will be to deploy and nurture key partnerships, primarily in the Île-de-France and the East of France. Her rich experience, deep expertise, and passion for the sector make her the ideal person to develop our partner relationships in this strategic region,” says Christophe Nadal, co-founder and President of MIMCO AM.

Charlotte’s career is marked by significant contributions within leading financial institutions and renowned real estate management companies, including Natixis Investment Managers, Lazard Frères Gestion, Altixia Reim, and most recently, Alderan, where she served as Head of Partnerships. At Alderan, she played a decisive role in the development and animation of the CGP market, thus enriching her expertise in the fields of investment funds and real estate asset management.

Holding dual degrees, a Master’s in Corporate Finance & Management Accounting from Skema Business School and a Master 2 in Wealth Management and Private Banking from the University of Paris Dauphine, Charlotte demonstrates her specialization in wealth management and private finance. “Charlotte’s career within major financial institutions attests to her ability to master partnership strategies. As a keen analyst, her skills to develop strong and fruitful strategic partnerships, along with her talent for creating and maintaining long-term relationships, will make her a valuable asset to our team,” rejoices Christophe Coutteau, Director of Development for the MIMCO group. “Her ability to understand the needs and expectations of partners, combined with her communication and negotiation skills, will allow our SGP to continue growing and strengthening its position in the asset management market in France,” concludes Christophe Nadal.
