MIMCO Capital structures its Asset Management team in Luxembourg with Charles Pozzo di Borgo

In order to support the growth of its activities in Luxembourg, MIMCO Capital has chosen to enroll Charles Pozzo di Borgo as “Asset Manager”. Charles will be responsible for the management of real estate operations located in Luxembourg.

His strength: An in-depth know-how in asset management and project management

"Given the strong dynamism of our activities, it was necessary to enlarge our teams and to surround us with a specialist in asset management/project management for our Luxembourg operations. We are delighted to be able to rely on Charles' talent, who is determined to create value for all our present and future real estate assets," says Bernd von Manteuffel, co-founder and CEO of MIMCO Capital.

With 10 years of experience in the real estate sector on the French and Luxembourg markets, particularly in residential property, it is notably during his experience as a site supervisor for CBL Luxembourg that Charles has honed his skills in real estate and more specifically in the setting up of operations and the monitoring of construction sites.

With a degree in real estate law from the University of Montpellier, he completed his career as a portfolio manager within the Luxembourg investment fund manager Fuchs Asset Management.

"As part of his arrival at MIMCO Capital, Charles' missions will be transversal. In particular, he will be in charge of monitoring Luxembourg operations, including a permanent control of coordination and budget forecasting", states Christophe Nadal, co-founder and CEO of MIMCO Capital. "His enthusiasm, rigor and analytical skills will be his main assets in carrying out our various missions and enabling MIMCO Capital to considerably improve its performance."
