In Lisbon, work on the Santos Townhouse project is progressing rapidly
Published

Work is progressing successfully on the Santos Townhouse project, MIMCO’s initiative in Portugal. Ideally located in the heart of the capital, this iconic Lisbon building has now had its facade renovated, marking an important milestone in its transformation.

The show apartment, also completed, offers a first glimpse into the experience that future travelers and digital nomads will soon enjoy.

This operation, carried out in collaboration with Ando Living, represents a key step in converting this historic building into an exclusive residence. Once completed, Santos Townhouse will feature 32 premium tourist apartments, promising an immersive experience in one of Lisbon’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

Our thanks go to our partner and the MIMCO teams for their commitment to this project.
