The group: a strengthened European presence


The MIMCO group reports in 2025 a portfolio of €2 billion in assets under management, confirming its continued growth and its position as a leader in European real estate. This performance is supported by a team of 55 employees, spread across four key countries: France, Luxembourg, Germany and Portugal. This international presence allows the group to cover a broad spectrum of real estate opportunities and meet investor expectations.


Fundraising in 2025 reached +€227 million, representing an increase of +60.1% compared to 2024. This significant rise reflects the growing confidence of investors in the strategy and solutions offered by MIMCO.


The MIMCO group thanks its partners and teams for their unwavering commitment and for the future successes that lie ahead in 2026.

MIMCO Group announces the appointment of Jorge Cunha as Managing Director – Head of Business Development Europe. In this role, Jorge Cunha will be responsible for business development across Europe and for the Group's strategic deployment on the Iberian Peninsula — Spain and Portugal. He will oversee the new offices in Madrid and Lisbon, which are set to open in the near future.
